Orders are shipped through trusted courier partners to ensure safe delivery.

  • All orders are processed within 24–48 hours after confirmation.

  • Each product undergoes manual quality checking and secure packing before dispatch.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

📦 Delivery Time

  • Metro Cities: 3–6 business days

  • Non-Metro / Rural Areas: 5–9 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

💰 Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly shown at checkout.

  • Free shipping offers are valid only when mentioned on the website or product page.

💵 Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for most locations in India.

  • Additional COD charges may apply and will be shown during checkout.

  • IndiaKart reserves the right to confirm COD orders via call or WhatsApp before dispatch.

🔍 Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, a tracking ID will be shared via SMS / WhatsApp / Email.

  • You can track your order using the courier partner’s tracking system.

🚫 Incorrect Address & Failed Deliveries

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery address and contact number.

  • Orders returned due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal will not be eligible for free re-shipping.

  • Re-shipping charges must be paid by the customer.

📦 Damaged / Missing / Wrong Products

  • All orders are packed carefully.

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • A clear 360° unboxing video and images are mandatory for verification.

  • Claims without proper proof may not be accepted.

❌ Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

  • Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be entertained.
