You must provide a clear 360-degree unboxing video of the product.
The video must clearly show:
The sealed package before opening
The unboxing process
The damaged product clearly visible
β Claims without a 360-degree unboxing video will not be accepted.

Refund or replacement requests must be raised within 24 hours (1 day) of delivery.
Requests made after 24 hours will not be considered.
